Each month, we come together for a Synergy Session—a facilitated conversation that starts with what's happening in our lives and work right now. Sometimes we'll explore a shared theme. Sometimes someone will bring a real-life question or challenge. Sometimes the conversation will take us somewhere none of us expected. That's intentional.
